My Biography
On March 30 2011, I celebrated 22 years in Real Estate. I am thankful for the confidence placed in me these past years earning me Million Dollar plus recognition for 19 years. The local Realtor association has honored me with Realtor of the Year. In 2004 I received Prudential Honor Society Award and 2005 received Prudential Leading Edge Society recognition as one of top 14% Prudential Realtors in United States. In 2006 I was in top 17% of Prudential Realtors.
I continue, on going training to improve my Realtor marketing and professional skills.
I belong to Lower Yakima Valley Association of Realtors, having served as education chairman a number of years, currently serving on board of directors. I also belong to The National Association of Realtors. I currently belong to Lower Yakima Valley MLS MLS.
I have been a Kiwanis member for 35 years, and past member of Sunnyside and Grandview Chamber of Commerce. I was honored in 2006 by Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce as Volunteer of the Year.
I enjoy traveling and puttering around my yard. But the joy of my life is spending time with my 6 (soon to be 7) grandchildren, and when I have to work, I specialize in residential, small farms, lots and land, and bank forclosures. I service buyers and sellers in Sunnyside, Grandview, Outlook, Mabton, Granger, Prosser, and Zillah as well as other Communities in Yakima and Benton Counties.
